The Woodland Nursery

The nursery is based in woodland and offers outdoor play and learning in a healthy, natural environment. It allows children to explore nature to heighten their senses, creativity and imagination. We are based on the Forest School approach that embraces the outdoors as an inspirational learning environment focused on the child’s learning needs rather than specific outcomes. Forest School is a unique way of building confidence, boosting self esteem, learning new life skills and promoting independence through hands on learning experiences.
