You & Me Pre-School

Welcome to Our Ofsted Outstanding Pre-School Established in 1982 You and Me Pre-School is a non-profit charity, run by fully qualified staff and overseen by a dedicated voluntary committee. We provide high-quality education and care for children from the age of 2 until they leave to start Primary School as rising 5-year-olds. Operating on a termly basis (open 38 weeks per year), we set our dates in line with Essex County Council, making our terms similar to those of local schools. Our small, friendly pre-school is based in a cabin on the grounds of the Church of Our Saviour, right in the heart of the village green in Chelmer Village, Chelmsford. We pride ourselves on creating a happy, positive, and caring environment where every child feels valued. With a high staff-to-child ratio, we ensure individual care and attention. Our experienced, qualified team carefully supports each child’s development, helping them take the next steps to reach their full potential. “Staff are passionate about encouraging all children to succeed.
